In 2009 Mick joined Mainnovation to provide a UK focus for Value Driven Maintenance, expand the business and establish them as the supplier of choice for Asset Management consultancy in the UK.  In 2002 Mick was  awarded the prestigious title of  ’ UK Maintenance Professional of the year’ in a national competition rewarding him for his knowledge, experience and delivery of improvement projects whilst working for GlaxoSmithKline  (GSK) a Global Pharmaceutical Company.

 In the course of his career, Mick has established himself as an experienced and passionate maintenance expert with a pragmatic but systematic approach. He has acquired significant knowledge and experience of various maintenance methods (including RCM, FMECA,TPM), through a hands on approach.

He is an experienced auditor, with Global experience helping organizations to deliver significant improvements. He has worked as a consultant in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Confectionary, Road, Rail, Port and Paper Industries.

 Mick has published numerous articles and presented at a variety of seminars during his career, reflecting on his wealth of experiences to assist others in their journey to improve their Asset Management performance.
