Paul Harkness has more than 30 years in Rotary Equipment Engineering. Paul served his apprenticeship at Ministry of Defence from graduating at Leeds University. His Rotary Engineering skills were further honed and enhance with LaBour Pumps. Paul, looking to further his skills joined Rexnord Corporation as UK Coupling Engineering Manager. 15 years at Rexnord, Paul gained a wealth of experience and knowledge with coupling applications. To further his experience Paul work 5 years for Esco NV, a Belgium based company in Brussels specialising in Gear and Disc couplings.

Paul has many successful solutions in and around the UK & Ireland covering a broad range of industries from Power Generation to Paper Mills, Mining to Water Utilities, Petro Chemical to Food Processing. With his wealth of knowledge, two and half years ago Paul ventured out and started Drive & Coupling Solutions Ltd.
